ElementaWall（以下簡稱「本平台」）提供基於中國傳統八字命理的個性化壁紙訂製服務。用戶在本平台輸入出生資訊後，系統將依據五行喜用分析，每月為用戶推薦適合的主題壁紙供下載使用。
2. 帳號與使用
- 用戶須提供真實有效的郵箱地址完成註冊。
- 帳號僅供本人使用，不得轉讓或共享。
- 用戶有責任妥善保管帳號安全，如發現異常請及時聯絡我們。
3. 知識產權
本平台所有壁紙圖像、文案、設計均屬於 ElementaWall 或相關版權方所有。用戶下載的壁紙僅限個人非商業使用，不得轉售、二次創作發布或用於任何商業用途。
4. 免責聲明
本平台提供的五行分析及壁紙推薦僅供參考，不構成任何命理、醫療或財務建議。本平台不對因使用本服務所產生的任何直接或間接損失承擔責任。
5. 服務變更
本平台保留隨時修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務的權利，並將提前通知用戶。
二、隱私協議
1. 我們收集的資訊
- 帳號資訊：郵箱地址，用於身份驗證與服務通知。
- 八字資訊：出生日期、時間、地點，用於系統自動排盤與壁紙推薦計算，我們不會查閱或讀取您的個人出生資訊和八字資訊。
2. 資訊的使用
我們收集的資訊僅用於：提供個性化壁紙推薦服務、發送每月換運提示郵件（如您已訂閱）、改善平台功能與用戶體驗。
3. 第三方服務說明
為提供網站託管、帳號登入與資料存取功能，本平台使用以下第三方服務。這些服務僅在實現必要功能時處理相關資料，並受其各自隱私政策約束：
- Vercel：用於網站託管與前端頁面部署。當您訪問本平台時，Vercel 作為基礎設施可能處理基本的訪問請求資訊，以保障網站正常運作與安全。
- Supabase：用於帳號認證、會話管理，以及與壁紙推薦相關的必要資料存取。我們僅在服務運行所需範圍內使用 Supabase，不會藉此收集與服務無關的個人資訊。
- Google 登入：若您選擇「使用 Google 登入」，將由 Google 進行身份驗證。我們僅取得完成登入所需的基本帳號識別資訊（例如郵箱），不會取得您的 Google 帳戶密碼，亦不會存取您的 Google 雲端硬碟、通訊錄或其他無關權限。您可隨時在 Google 帳戶設定中管理對本平台的授權。
除上述為提供服務所必需的第三方處理外，我們不會將您的個人資訊出售、出租或以其他商業目的披露給第三方。
4. 資訊安全
我們採用業界標準的加密措施保護您的資料，並定期進行安全審查。儘管如此，互聯網傳輸本身存在一定風險，我們無法保證絕對安全。

本協議如有重大變更，我們將透過郵件或平台公告方式通知用戶，更新後繼續使用即視為同意新版協議。

I. Terms of Service
1. Service Description
ElementaWall (the “Platform”) provides personalized wallpaper customization based on traditional Chinese BaZi (Four Pillars) metaphysics. After you enter your birth information, the system analyzes favorable Five Elements and recommends themed wallpapers each month for download.
2. Accounts and Use
- You must provide a valid email address to register.
- Your account is for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Please contact us promptly if you notice any unusual activity.
3. Intellectual Property
All wallpaper images, copy, and designs on the Platform belong to ElementaWall or the relevant rights holders. Downloaded wallpapers are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell them, redistribute derivative works, or use them for any commercial purpose.
4. Disclaimer
Five Elements analysis and wallpaper recommendations are for reference only and do not constitute metaphysical, medical, or financial advice. The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Service.
5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the Service at any time, and will notify users in advance where practicable.
II. Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, used for authentication and service notices.
- BaZi information: date, time, and place of birth, used for automatic chart calculation and wallpaper recommendations. We do not review or read your personal birth details or BaZi chart information.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information only to provide personalized wallpaper recommendations, send monthly fortune-cycle reminder emails (if you subscribed), and improve platform features and user experience.
3. Third-Party Services
To host the website, enable account login, and access necessary data, the Platform uses the following third-party services. They process related data only as needed to provide required functions, and are subject to their own privacy policies:
- Vercel: used for website hosting and frontend deployment. When you visit the Platform, Vercel as infrastructure may process basic request information to keep the site running securely.
- Supabase: used for account authentication, session management, and necessary data access related to wallpaper recommendations. We use Supabase only within the scope required to operate the Service, and do not use it to collect unrelated personal information.
- Google Sign-In: if you choose “Sign in with Google,” authentication is handled by Google. We only receive basic account identifiers needed to complete login (such as your email). We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your Google Drive, contacts, or other unrelated permissions. You can manage the Platform’s access anytime in your Google Account settings.
Except for the third-party processing required to provide the Service as described above, we will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Information Security
We use industry-standard encryption and conduct periodic security reviews. However, internet transmission carries inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Email Subscription
If you opt in during registration, we will email wallpaper update notices before each fortune-cycle change. You may unsubscribe anytime in account settings or via the link at the bottom of our emails.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
The Platform uses browser local storage (localStorage) to save your language preference, BaZi profile data, and login state. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
7. Minors
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please use the Platform with a guardian.
8. Policy Updates
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify users by email or platform announcement. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
